Featured Project: Lifestyle Community River South Development, Columbus, Ohio

At the Lifestyle Community River South Development, we are currently in progress with the first building (Trautman) and will be started the next (Beatty) in a few months, and will wrap up the year with the final building (Matan). All told we will have installed nearly 50,000 SF of JM TPO membrane, 30,000 SF of American Hydrotech hot fluid applied roofing, 20,000 SF of Hanover pavers, 10,000 SF of T-Clear insulated pavers, 15,000 SF of DMI standing seam metal roofing, and countless linear feet of sheet metal trims and custom fabricated metal. It is a great opportunity to work with one of the leading developers in Columbus, and will definitely be a showpiece for the city of Columbus that we are proud to be a part of.
