We are happy to announce that Cotterman & Company, Inc. is now a certified American Hydrotech applicator , and are one of only a handful in the area that is licensed to install their top of the line systems.

American Hydrotech  is one of the largest manufacturers of Hot Rubberized Asphalt in the world and the innovators of the system. With the hot rubberized roofing application, comes various other niche items such as built-in-place green roofing, hardscape pavers, below grade waterproofing.  From leaking plaza and garage decks to new green roofs, there are many, many possibilities with this system.

We look forward to many future projects utilizing American Hydrotech's line of systems.
