Our company has been using Cotterman for a couple of years now. We brought them in because we knew they had a good reputation and experience in the roofing industry. We found that there are few roofing companies nationwide that rise to their level of excellence.
Their service team is one of the most diligent I have experienced in the industry, very thorough and great communicators. Their roof techs find the leak issues, repair them very well and make further recommendations based on what they find. I always get an email or a phone call in which the service tech will tell me what they found and what they did, it’s a great way for us to log and give feedback to tenants. Their pricing is very reasonable and they always give us options to fit the capital budget. We have had them replace roofs for us and the communication is great there too, with pictures emailed of the week’s work with a paragraph included of their progress to date. They replaced skylights at a building that had one of our pickiest tenants and we didn’t even get one complaint call about noise, safety or traffic issues; they operate professionally from the office level to the guys doing the work on the roof.
In all honesty, I couldn’t overstate my recommendation of Cotterman & Company Roofing. They are everything we look for in a roofing contractor and I wish I could copy and paste them in all our markets.
